I am speechless. This new collection has surpassed all of my expectations and I would go as far as saying that it is better than the past two collections.
We experience a lot of asymmetry showing off one shoulder and this collection is all about prints and mixture of them. I personally love the colour palette she chose, first a conceptual use of bicolor, i.e. black-and-white almost accompanied by a pop of red. Then the collection evolves into pastell colours, first pink and warm colours, then yellow and green to end with white.
Bell bottoms have officially reemerged paired up with satin 70's style blouses and sexy rompers have taken over alongside short dresses showing off the legs for which the ankle strap studded sandals are a perfect match. I personally swore to myself this year to get myself next year sandals exactly like that before this new collection showed up! (I swear to God!)
Overall the collection is what most of us would call "boho", an own take on 70's hippie fashion, the meaning of easy breezy and comfty.
The pieces shown below are my personal favourites of the collection. I am obsessed with the sandals, shorts, skirts, pants, jackets, coats, dresses, and rompers shown below.
I swore to myself I am going to finally get a pair of shoes by Isabel Marant. I will have to decide between the sneakers coming next season, these sandals, a/o the Lazio boots.
