Monogram golden earrings

yyt6

Remember the name necklace I got from OneNecklace right?
Well, not too long ago I received a pair of beautiful golden earrings and I just couldn't wait to wear them! As last time, I had the possibility to personalize them and this time I chose three letters that represent the initials of three important people in my life, I am not going to say who they are, but I am sure they know.
I like to wear things that remind me of the people I care about. In highschool I used to wear a lotof those friendship bracelets, and I still have them safe in a box back at home, but since my fashion sense evolved, I thought a piece of golden jewelry is more suited now. Of course, I think that if you wear golden jewelry with blue clothing is a perfect match, so here I am sporting one of my latest obsessions - navy blue.
I got the earrings from their Etsy store, they also sell silver jewelry, if you are more into that and also in a variety of designs! Check it out and maybe you'll find something that will catch your eye.

Basic pieces, but don't forget some color!

Here I am, on a very rainy day, wearing my new basic pants I got in navy blue - my new color obsession. In fact, any shade of blue. I am obsessing over the idea of having a pair of high heeled shoes in baby blue and I have no idea why! Getting back to my outfit here, I have to say I am really pleased with these pants, so comfy and so elegant, but easy to wear! I paired them with this gorgeous blazer I received from Sheinside - I think a white blazer in your wardrobe is kind of a basic statement piece and I was really looking for that. And I couldn't resist the temptation of adding a bold color. Pink for that matter, one I don't really wear! I borrowed this blouse from my flatmate, the minute I decided I was bored with my own shirts - that is the best part of living with girlfriends, you can share clothes!
And I can't seem to get enough of those shoes lately. What can I say? They seem to go with everything!

The almost perfect pants

ee9320

Let's start the week in force shall we? Yeah..right, I know the feeling.
But at least wear something that can cheer you up and give you will to make it through this day, like a statement piece - and not necessarilly jewelry. For example, I finally got to wear my new favorite pair of pants I got from Zara and I felt so proud and out of the ordinary in them. The only thing that doesn't make me scream with excitement is the waist line. It would've killed them to make it higher, like it should be. Oh well..
You know, I recently started to develop a crush with this type of pants with a fine cut, interesting prints (or plain), made from other type of fabric than denim! I am once again in a "I-hate-jeans" mood and willing to burn them all. Not to worry, that will never happen, let's just say that I will hang them in my closet for a while. Also, I feel more and more attracted to this navy color I never eally payed attention to in the past. I already have two pair of pants in this color and the sandals I am wearing (which were part of my own gift for my birthday) and I am thinking of adding more items in my wardrobe in this color.
Mmmm..maybe a maxi dress - no, it's no use trying to find something I am thinking about in stores, because that won't happen any time soon, don't you agree? Usually when you want something the most, it's like it hasn't invented yet.

Mix It Up

Navy Top: Forever 21 // Green Top: Target [fav! I'm wearing a Medium] // Skirt: J. Crew Factory // Belt: Target // Beanie: J. Crew Factory // Bracelet: ILY Couture // Bag: Tory Burch

Happy hump day! Today's post is just a quick one... I'm starting the process of packing/cleaning this week. I'm boxing up everything that we don't use on a daily basis, and I'll be honest-- I'm dreading this whole moving process. Ugh!

I love mixing prints and patterns, so pairing this top with this skirt wasn't even a question for me. I've mentioned before that I'm super into emerald green right now, and since the majority of the items I purchased on Black Friday were green, you will be seeing a lot of it around here! Stay tuned for another Holiday Gift Guide tomorrow...

Jeweled

*Due to some upcoming projects and collaborations, I will be using my Facebook fan page more often. If you could all please LIKE Fashion Flirtation on Facebook, I would love you forever!*

Top: Forever 21 // Pants: c/o Recycled Consign and Design [similar--ON SALE!!] // Booties: c/o Lulu's // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Bracelet: ILY Couture // Sunnies: Karen Walker inspired via Amazon

Like I've said in the past, one of my absolute favorite color combos is navy and bordeaux, especially in the fall. There is something about jewel tones that is just so eye-catching and classic.

Anyway, H and I are off to Idaho this afternoon! We are looking forward to a weekend full of house hunting [okay, apartment hunting, haha], spending time with some of our best friends [Chelsea and Trent], and freezing our butts off! I hope you have a great weekend, and thanks so much for stopping by...

Seeing Spots

Top: Forever 21 // Dress: J. Crew Factory // Shoes: Franco Sarto // Bag: Tory Burch // Tights: F21 [old] // Bracelet: ILY Couture, c/o HelloFab // Lips: Sangria by Milani

Happy hump day! My two favorite colors for fall are bordeaux and navy, so this outfit is definitely a favorite of mine. And of course I am obsessed with anything with polka dots, so I love this dress! Though I have been searching for the skirt version of this for ever, so I mainly purchased this dress so I could refashion it into a skirt. But either way, I am definitely a polka dot lover! [Please excuse the tear in my tights. These are super old and I didn't notice until we were already taking pictures!]

**Oh, and I am also selling my Tory Burch purse [in the pictures above] so if you are interested, feel free to send me an email at victoriafarnsworth17@gmail.com for price info and more detailed pictures.**

Thanks for stopping by...
