The perfect dress for a carefree day

This dress I have on me feels featherly light and also so soft that makes you want to embrace yourself while wearing it. Or twirl around in it until you fall. In any case, it's one of the best acquisitions I've made and it only cost me like $5 - it's also making me proud knowing that. 

Here I am walking on a very warm day, running errands, cursing the sun that is killing my photos, but also enjoying delightful walks and delicious ice creams. I wish life can be carefree like this all the time. But I guess you have to be wear a magical dress to feel that way when you need it.

The most wonderful skirt in the world!

 

 I know the blogosphere is filled with this type of skirt and I am no hipster to just say "mnea..too mainstream", when the truth is I wished for a skirt like this since..forever! I could have one in every color possible (maybe not brown or khaki) and wear them non stop. 

I got mine from Sheinside and I just love the volume and how feminine I look in this type of skirt. I also paired it with another great finding at Sheinside, a layered top that is warm and also elegant. It has a black-grey organza top over it with a gorgeous white roses print that makes it look so precious. It was love at first sight. And yes, I thought these two were a perfect match and not to forget my Potocaliu coat and there you have it: a perfect 1950's outfit!

   

 What a joyful way to welcome March! Can't wait for all the Spring flowers to properly bloom.

When a good day turns into a better one!

 

 Hope you're having a fantastic week! Mine started quite nice and I hope it will end in the same way. It began with a wonderful package I received about two days ago, in which these super tights waited to enchant my wardrobe forever! Okay, enough poetry for the time being.

They are from Surfdome, a wonderful online shopping site where you can find clothing of all kind! When I browsed through their collection I had no idea what to chose first! But then, I saw these tights HERE and I have already begun creating outfits in my mind. 

You know I am passionate about dots, and I wanted a pair of dotted tights since ..forever! Especially colored ones. So I created a casual-chic outfit, vintage inspired, in a great color contrast perfect for this season, composed of a thrifted vintage velvet skirt, a simple soft sweater and a 1960's style hat. 

I am thinking now of how to wear these tights with other prints - with great pleasure!

 From wild fields to rough asphalt, well, at least I kept my feminine side this time too. A perfect on-the-go outfit when you have some walks and shopping to do for hours and hours ( I came home with a lovely pair of shoes! ) and what else to wear as footwear but comfortable flats? This pair was brought to me by my mother who find it in a second hand shop - told you she is lucky - and I just adore them! 

You might say that beige and pink don't really match up, but at a second glance I thought they work out together just fine aaaand.. if the items have a similar style, then it's just perfect!

This Fall, I wish..

 ..for huge circle skirts and even pencil ones, more statement necklaces, retro coats and capes, that special vintage vibe from the 40's and 50's that is sooo feminine and appealing!
 Here is a small part of my inspiration for my Fall wardrobe (I wish I could have all these beauties) and also some proposals with items I gathered across the Internet at a much more reasonable price - and I already have that turquoise bag, muahah.
