My gifts to myself

 

 Told you I had to brag about what I got for my birthday. 

First things first: heels! Slim and chunky, I love them both. I already wore the navy sandals but the black ones, oh boy, I can't wait!

This very lovely dress I found while thrifting, I love the print, the volume and the length! 

Perfect for Summer.

 

These very cute flats I am eager to wear as soon as they loosen up a bit.

Finally I found a simple but lovely black dress at H&M made from a very nice fabric that isn't chiffon. It can be worn both in the daylight and for cocktail events.

It's about two size bigger but that isn't something I can't fix. This way, the length is longer, which is perfect for me!

 And it was the only one left in store. 

Aaaaaand how cute is this vintage purse? I fell in love with it and the very cool color. This photo just doesn't do it any justice.

 Ending the month by buying a coat on sale seems a pretty good deal to me. And since I love to brag, here are some stuff I took home with me during this sale season. And I still ahve some items on my list. But a new month has started, a new project may arrive, one last exam to take and maybe old wishes to fulfill. I need to keep myself busy, otherwise the temptations (of shopping of course) become way too high!

 A very very very cute vintage bag. The leather is so soft and amazing!

   

 One no name necklace found in a local shop. Simply elegant and didn't cost a fortune.

 Sheinside blazer. Don't you just love the print? I am even more more fascinated by the silky fabric.

Yesterday morning when H and I went outside to take pictures, it suddenly dawned on me that Christmas is just weeks away. [5 weeks to be precise.] And with Black Friday right around the corner, I thought I would share with you my first Holiday Gift Guide. This week's Holiday Gift Guide is dedicated solely to great Stocking Stuffer ideas for her. [And hopefully H is reading this and will catch a hint. ;] Personally, opening up stockings is my favorite part about Christmas morning, and I would be more than happy to find any [or all] of these fabulous gifts in my own stocking. Remember how last weekend I went shopping? Well, here are the goodies I bought (also include the sweatshirt from the previous post) and which I can't wait to wear. I wanted to brag about it, because that is what I usually do, online and offline. Yes, I am a proud being. Anyway, now I am almost broke and still, I continue to make new shopping lists - this will not end, I tell you!

Now is definitely the time to snatch up those pieces that have been just a tad out of your price range, because they are up to 40% off! Below I listed some of my favorite boots/booties that are on sale for a great price right now, because boots are definitely one of my favorite things about fall! [Seriously dying over what a steal those Tory boots are!!] And I threw in a couple of handbags that are total steals as well. :]

Bordeaux Monochrome

Two of my favorite things during fall are sweater dresses and anything bordeaux, so this J. Crew Factory dress was a definite must for me. And of course I had to pair it with my perfectly matching Tory boots and Mini MAC.

Fall Fashion on a Budget

Each year as fall comes around, I can't seem to get my mind off of the clothes I will be purchasing for the new season. I believe in buying high quality pieces that will last for a long time [which is why I saved up for my Tory boots and Tory bag] but let's be honest-- high quality pieces can get pretty pricey. Being a fashion blogger on a budget is hard [even harder since finding out we are moving in January and have no jobs lined up!] but luckily I have found some great fall pieces that our husbands and bank accounts will both appreciate. SheInside offers a wide variety of trendy, yet affordable pieces.
