As much as I love black and white and my wardrobe is dominated by a neutral coloured palette, once in a blue  moon I will add a pop of colour to my outfits, like in this case, through mirrored sunglasses by Spektre. 

However, most of the time I will keep faithful to my monochrome style, mixing mostly textures, fabrics, patterns, forms, shapes, and silhouettes. This jumper I got several months ago was a great addition, I must say, especially because the J.W. Anderson gridded jumper's price tag is a bit too much for us mortals. I combined it with leather baggies and a wool oversized jumper and I just love the casual, effortless vibes in this outfit. Could wear this everyday.

Es ist kein Geheimnis, dass ich Schwarz, Weiß und neutrale Farben gerne trage, aber ab und zu werde ich meinen Outfits einen Hauch Farbe geben, wie in diesem Outfit, wo ich diese Spektre Sonnenbrille trage.

Meistens werde ich meinem monochromatischen Stil treu bleiben, indem ich verschiedene Stoffe, Texturen, Muster, Formen, und Silhouetten kombiniere. Dieser Pulli ist ein tolles Beispiel von den wenigen Mustern, die ich jemals tragen werde und da die meisten von uns sich den J.W. Anderson Pulli nicht leisten können ist er ein tolles Schnäppchen. Ich habe ihn mit Baggy-Lederhosen und einem Oversize Mantel im Herrenstil kombiniert und ich liebe das lässige und mühelose Resultat. Ich könnte das jeden Tag tragen.

No es ningún secreto para vosotras que me encanta el blanco y negro y que mi armario está inundado de piezas en tonos neutrales, pero de vez en cuando me encanta darle un toque de color a lo que me pongo, como en este caso estas gafas reflectivas de Spektre.

Dicho esto, seré siempre fiel a mi estilo monocromático mezclando más que todo distintas texturas, materiales, estampados, formas y siluetas. Este jersey es un excelente ejemplo de los pocos estampados que me gustan y ha sido una excelente adquisición, ya que el original de J.W. Anderson viene con una etiqueta costosa. Lo he combinado con pantalones de cuero al estilo baggy y un abrigo de corte masculino. Me encanta lo inesperado de la combinación y el resultado tan casual y sin mucho esfuerzo. Podría ponerme ésto todos los días.

As someone growing up in the 90's, the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about over-the-knee boots is "Pretty Woman" and the connection is unavoidable.This is the reason why I never thought I would be wearing a pair. Like EVER. However, after who knows how long they made a comeback and in a non-Pretty Woman kind of way. To be honest, it is hard to find boots like that, but this H&M boots from the Paris collection are spot on.

At first, I was not convinced about it, but seeing them on other bloggers made me rethink my decision about not getting them, though by then, they were sold out online. Luckily, a nice girl on Kleiderkreisel (a German site where you can buy, sell, and exchange items you don't want anymore) sold them to me brand new and with label for the same price they were sold online.

I have been craving long boots for quite a while and my eyes were set on the infamous Givenchy Shark boots, but the price tag that comes with them is what  has been stopping me from clicking them away home. For now, these H&M boots have sufficed and satisfied my craving.

Als ein Mensch, der in den 90ern aufgewachsen ist, ist "Pretty Woman" das Erste, woran man bei Überknie Stiefeln denkt. Die Verbindung ist unvermeidlich. Deswegen hätte ich nie gedacht, dass ich jemals ein Paar Überknie Stiefel tragen würde, aber sie sind zurück, obwohl auf eine verschiedene art als bei Pretty Woman. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich es schwierig solche Stiefel zu finden, aber diese aus der H&M Paris Kollektion sind die Perfekten.

Am Anfang war ich nicht davon überzeugt, aber nachdem ich sie an vielen Bloggerinnen gesehen habe, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, sie zu kaufen. Leider waren die Stiefel damals online ausverkauft. Zum Glück hat eine nette Kleiderkreislerin sie mir für den selben Preis verkauft, wie sie online verkauft wurden. 

Ich wollte lange Stiefel seit einer langen Zeit und ursprünglich wollte ich die berühmten Givenchy knie-hohe Stiefel, aber da ich den Preis viel zu  hoch finde, habe ich sie am Ende nicht gekauft. Für jetzt reichen mir diese H&M Boots und ich kann mich überhaupt nicht deswegen beschweren.

Habiendo crecido en la década de los noventa, lo primer que viene en mente cuando uno piensa en botas arriba de la rodilla es en la película "Pretty Woman". La conexión es inevitable y por eso nunca pensé que algún día las llevase yo. Ahora éstas marcan tendencia pero no de la misma forma en que Julia Roberts las llevaba. Para ser honesta, encontrar botas que no se vean vulgares es muy difícil, pero estas botas de la colección de Paris de H&M son perfectas.

Al principio no me convencían, pero después de verlas en varias blogueras me hizo considerar comprarlas, pero ya era demasiado tarde para ello en ese entonces ya que estaban agotadas online. Por suerte, una chica que fue muy buena conmigo me las vendió nuevas y con etiqueta  al mismo precio que se vendieron online.

Desde hace tiempo he tenido la intención de comprar botas largas y tenía los ojos puestos sobre las famosas botas a la rodilla de Givenchy, pero el precio es lo que me ha parado de comprarlas. Por ahora estas botas de H&M han satisfecho mis ganas de botas arriba de la rodilla y estoy muy contenta con ellas.

Pinstripes, pinstripes, pinstripes. I know! Hi, my name is Laura and I am addicted to pinstripes, so  sorry for the pinstripe overload on the blog in the last weeks. There's just something so appealing about them, they turn anything instantly to elegant. This skirt is no exception and it was begging to be paired with a simple high neck top and chelsea boots to highlight its awesome shape and silhouette. Zara, Stella would be proud of you this once.

That brings me to the question: If Céline addicts are Philophiles, what does that make Stella McCartney addicts? Stellaholics? Stellajunkies? Either way, she's awesome.

Nadelstreifen, Nadelstreifen und noch mehr Nadelstreifen. Ich weiß, was ihr gerade denkt. Hallo, mein Name ist Laura und ich bin süchtig nach Nadelstreifen. Deshalb musst ihr mich entschuldigen, dass ich euch eine Überdosis an Nadelstreifen präsentiert habe. Dieser Rock ist keine Ausnahme und er musste mit einem einfachen Top und Chelsea-Stiefeletten kombiniert werden, um seinen tollen Schnitt und Silhouette zu betonen. Ich glaube, sogar Stella wäre stolz auf Zara dieses Mal, da der Rock einzigartig ist.

Übrigens, das bringt uns zu der Frage: Wenn Céline Fans "Philophiles" gennant werden,  wie nennt man dann Stella McCartney Fans? Stellaholiker? Stellajunkies? Egal, sie ist die Heldin der Saison.

Disculpas por la sobredosis de rayas diplomáticas durante las últimas semanas en mi blog. Pero es que me encantan! Esta falda no es la excepción y tuve que combinarla con una sudadera simple y botas sencillas para destacar su precioso corte y silueta.  Creo que hasta Stella McCartney  estaría orgullosa de Zara con esta obra de arte, ya que tiene su estilo único.

Por cierto, eso me lleva a preguntar: Si a las adictas a Céline se les llama "Philophiles", entonces cómo le llamaríamos a las fanáticas de Stella McCartney? Stellahólicas? Stelladictas? Sin duda, ella es la heroína de esta temporada.

Ever since I spotted these sunglasses by Spektre, I knew they would spice up any outfit, especially if you have a wardrobe dominated by a neutral color palette like I do. The quality is great and I love how the reflective lens gets different colors in different lights. This doesn't happen with other reflective sunglasses and I know this from experience purchasing others. I really recommend them if you are looking for the  perfect reflective sunglasses. Spektre has a wide variety of colours and styles and I think I want them all! You can check them out here.

Also,  I finally decided to join the pinstripe bandwagon and so far I am loving it. Pinstripes might be a trend now, but I find them to be a timeless thing that you can always wear especially to work or to make any look slightly more elegant. Let's not even mention how figure flattering they are since they have a slimming and elongating effect.

Seitdem ich diese Sonnenbrille von Spektre gesehen habe, wusste ich, dass sie jedes Outfit optisch veredeln wird, insbesonders, wenn man, wie ich, eine Garderobe voller neutraler Farben hat. Die Qualität ist Spitze und ich liebe einfach, wie die verspiegelten Gläser unter verschiedenen Belichtungen ganz verschiedene Farben annehmen. Aus Erfahrung kann ich euch bestätigen, dass das bei anderen Sonnenbrillen nicht der Fall ist. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen, wenn ihr nach der perfekten verspiegelten Sonnenbrille sucht. Spektre hat eine große Auswahl von Farben und Stils und ich glaube ich will sie alle haben. Ihr könnt sie hier abchecken. 

Wie ihr merken könnt, liebe ich den Nadelstreifen-Trend ein bisschen zu sehr. Es ist der Trend der Saison, aber ich finde ihn trotzdem zeitlos, da man ihn immer tragen kann, inbesonders wenn man arbeitet. Lass uns nicht davon reden, wie er die Figur länger und schlanker macht.

Desde que ví estas gafas de espejo de Spektre, supe que le anadirían un toque muy chic a cualquier conjunto, especialmente si tenéis un armario donde predominan los colores neutrales como el mío. La calidad es insuperable y me encanta el hecho que los espejos se tornan en distintos colores bajo distintas luces. Ésto no sucede con otras gafas de espejo y lo digo por mi experiencia comprándolas. Os las recomiendo si estáis buscando las gafas de espejo perfectas. Spektre tiene una gran variedad de colores y estilos y realmente me apetecen todas! Podéis chequear más estilos aquí.

Como véis también he decidido llevar la tendencia de las rayas diplomáticas porque me encanta. Ellas pueden ser una de las tendencias del momento, pero pienso que es atemporal y que es algo que se puede llevar fácilmente siempre especialmente al trabajo. Ni hablar de lo favorecedoras que son y cómo alargan la figura y se luce más delgada.
