As someone growing up in the 90's, the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about over-the-knee boots is "Pretty Woman" and the connection is unavoidable.This is the reason why I never thought I would be wearing a pair. Like EVER. However, after who knows how long they made a comeback and in a non-Pretty Woman kind of way. To be honest, it is hard to find boots like that, but this H&M boots from the Paris collection are spot on.
At first, I was not convinced about it, but seeing them on other bloggers made me rethink my decision about not getting them, though by then, they were sold out online. Luckily, a nice girl on Kleiderkreisel (a German site where you can buy, sell, and exchange items you don't want anymore) sold them to me brand new and with label for the same price they were sold online.
I have been craving long boots for quite a while and my eyes were set on the infamous Givenchy Shark boots, but the price tag that comes with them is what has been stopping me from clicking them away home. For now, these H&M boots have sufficed and satisfied my craving.

Als ein Mensch, der in den 90ern aufgewachsen ist, ist "Pretty Woman" das Erste, woran man bei Überknie Stiefeln denkt. Die Verbindung ist unvermeidlich. Deswegen hätte ich nie gedacht, dass ich jemals ein Paar Überknie Stiefel tragen würde, aber sie sind zurück, obwohl auf eine verschiedene art als bei Pretty Woman. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich es schwierig solche Stiefel zu finden, aber diese aus der H&M Paris Kollektion sind die Perfekten.
Am Anfang war ich nicht davon überzeugt, aber nachdem ich sie an vielen Bloggerinnen gesehen habe, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, sie zu kaufen. Leider waren die Stiefel damals online ausverkauft. Zum Glück hat eine nette Kleiderkreislerin sie mir für den selben Preis verkauft, wie sie online verkauft wurden.
Ich wollte lange Stiefel seit einer langen Zeit und ursprünglich wollte ich die berühmten Givenchy knie-hohe Stiefel, aber da ich den Preis viel zu hoch finde, habe ich sie am Ende nicht gekauft. Für jetzt reichen mir diese H&M Boots und ich kann mich überhaupt nicht deswegen beschweren.

Habiendo crecido en la década de los noventa, lo primer que viene en mente cuando uno piensa en botas arriba de la rodilla es en la película "Pretty Woman". La conexión es inevitable y por eso nunca pensé que algún día las llevase yo. Ahora éstas marcan tendencia pero no de la misma forma en que Julia Roberts las llevaba. Para ser honesta, encontrar botas que no se vean vulgares es muy difícil, pero estas botas de la colección de Paris de H&M son perfectas.
Al principio no me convencían, pero después de verlas en varias blogueras me hizo considerar comprarlas, pero ya era demasiado tarde para ello en ese entonces ya que estaban agotadas online. Por suerte, una chica que fue muy buena conmigo me las vendió nuevas y con etiqueta al mismo precio que se vendieron online.
Desde hace tiempo he tenido la intención de comprar botas largas y tenía los ojos puestos sobre las famosas botas a la rodilla de Givenchy, pero el precio es lo que me ha parado de comprarlas. Por ahora estas botas de H&M han satisfecho mis ganas de botas arriba de la rodilla y estoy muy contenta con ellas.
