When you are bored with your own clothes..

 

 I almost forgotten I had these adorable shorts in the back of my closet! I always loved their ruffles and the fact that they resemble a mini skirt and not to forget their ah-mazing color! I paired them this time with my dad's old T-shirt which I successfully managed to chop it one day when I was bored out of my mind. I wear it from time to time and I am not sure if he is aware of my..ahem..styling. He wasn't wearing it anymore so I thought I was a great time to recondition it and use it for my ultimate fashion goals (I keep asking myself what exactly are those)..

 It's been foggy, again, not so much downtown as up in the hill where I live, you couldn't see anything beyond a three meter range, believe me. And it was cold and I can't really believe this month is ending and December is coming..thus ..snow, more cold, winter coats, boots, even more layers on me. This realization came to me after I witnessed the people decorating trees and window shops with Christmas trees, lights, building future ice rinks and so on. I have been thinking about New Year's Eve and where I will be spending it this time, hopefully somewhere nice surrounded by friends and fun people.. But somehow that day seems yet far away. I don't even know how time is flying. 

Oh well.. on other news, on Sunday I will be on my way to Bucharest (more on that soon); my excitement is overcoming me; there are so many people I want to see!

A little outfit I put together yesterday evening, which was a warm one, even though late in the night I could feel the fresh autumn air coming closer and which I am waiting for with a great melancholy and excitement at the same time! I am working now for a new project, so it will be quite hectic these days, as it always is for me...

I shouldn't be wearing layers in the Summer heat, but today I felt creative and I put together an outfit of four pieces. Two skirts and two tops. I don't know how, but recently I am in a..strange mood; I look at some of my pieces in my wardrobe and they seem in my eyes to match together so well even if at first glance they don't, it's like a puzzle! Again, I had fun creating this look and I hope you like it too.

Just a cute afternoon with my fabulous girls..too bad the weather isn't that friendly. 

You may see me with a shiny face here but right now I am dead tired and all I want is to get into bed and sleep like 24 hours. But that is not possible I am afraid..

Crazy, Sparkling, Shiny, Saturated Hues

Soooooo, today I am turning 22, a number which doesn't really mean anything since for the last 4 years I still feel like 18. It's also Labor Day here and everybody is celebrating this day in their own way; picnics, trips to the sea/mountains, parties with friends. Today I will celebrate as well, just a casual evening, nothing too fancy. These photos were taken yesterday while I was meeting a very dear friend I haven't seen in a very long time; I always love seeing old friends, it's a shame we don't have enough time to make new memories.
Have I told you how much I adore these pants? Well, I do, I wore them last summer almost everyday. I wish they were longer though. Now I am preparing for my not-too-fancy-dinner and I wish to all you Romanian readers a very Happy 1st of May!

The magic of Atelier A!urea and more

As I told you in my previous post, I was invited to the launch on a new place for the Atelier Aiurea store (which kind of translates as Funky or Chaotic, but in a good way) but also there were other stores which took place at the event, Atelierul de Creatie (The Atelier of Creation-gosh that sounds terrible in English) and a beautiful flower shop - Floraria Lipscani.
In each room there was like a different atmosphere,very intimate, also the music was great, and the interior court was filled with flowers, small statues and romantic tables and chairs. Take a sneak peak:



Atelier A!urea sells both young designer pieces and handmade and not to forget about the priceless vintage with a twist, as they say,clothes. Just look at that dress, I am literally head over heels about it

Beautiful pieces of furniture, paintings, mirrors, vases and tea cups are waiting to be taken into a home..I felt very royal in that room.
