One of my favourite combinations ever has to be the mix of distressed boyfriend jeans and a basic striped top, both of which are basic pieces a woman should own. It's just so casual and goes so well together, plus, it always works  if you have nothing to wear.

To this mix I've added a camel coat and another layer with a leather jacket. Yup, multilayers is the way to go when the temperatures drop if you're not feeling like wearing a puffer coat(not that  this is anyone's favourite thing to wear).

Boyfriend-Jeans mit einem Basic gestreiften Top ist eine meiner absolut Lieblings-Kombinationen überhaupt. Die Mischung ist so lässig, bequem, und beide Teile passen sehr gut zusammen, dass es immer funktioniert, wenn man nichts zu tragen findet.

Dazu trage ich meinen Camel-Mantel und noch eine Schicht, die aus einer Lederjacke besteht. Verschiedene Schichten zu tragen ist eine tolle Option, wenn es kälter wird und wenn man keine Daunenjacke/Mantel  anziehen möchte.

Una de mis combinaciones favoritas debe ser llevar vaqueros al estilo Boyfriend con un top a rayas, ambos piezas básicas e imprescindibles de cualquier armario. La combinación es tan casual, fácil de llevar y tan cómoda, que siempre funciona cuando no tienes nada que ponerte.

A ésto he agregado mi abrigo camel favorito y una capa más que está compuesta por una cazadora de piel. La superposición de capas es la mejor alternativa para llevar cuando las temperaturas caen, si no os apetece poneros un abrigo o chaqueta de pluma.

As some of you may already know, I am not the biggest fans of prints in garments, but this plaid scarf might be the most used piece in my wardrobe at the moment, in view it adds a much needed pop of colour to my neutral hued coats during the grey days. I even love to use it at home, because the material is so soft and cozy.

The minute I got it, I knew that this plaid  scarf, in combination with distresssed denim and my favourite leather jacket would be a dream team, a match made in heaven, adding a badass vibe with my Balenciaga boots and a fedora. 

I think what I love the most about it, is the fact that it has two different faces with different prints, so you can use it in different ways and if I ever don't feel like wearing strong colour, I can use the houndstooth printed side to combine it with black and white outfits.

Wie manche von euch schon wissen, bin ich kein Fan von Prints, aber dieser Karo-Schal ist momentan das meist getragene Stück in meiner Garderobe, da er  meinen neutral gefärbten Mänteln in den grauen Tagen einen Hauch Farbe hinzufügt. Ich trage sie sogar Zuhause, weil das Material sehr weich und kuschelig ist.

Als ich diesen Karo-Schal bekam, habe ich gewusst, dass er mit Denim und meiner Lieblingslederjacke eine Traum-Kombination wäre. Um den Rocker-Look zu vervollständigen trage ich meine Balenciaga Boots und einen Fedora.

Was ich am meisten an diesem Schal liebe, ist dass er aus 2 verschiedenen Seiten besteht, und wenn ich keine Lust auf starke Farben habe, kann ich einfach die Schwarz-Weiss Karo Seite nutzen.

Como varias de vosotras ya sabéis, no soy muy fanática de los estampados en la ropa, pero esta bufanda tartán es probablemente la prenda más usada en mi armario en el momento, ya que añade un toque de color tan necesitado a esos días grises y nublados. Yo la llevo hasta en la casa porque el material es tan suave.

Cuando la compré, lo primero que se vino en mente es combinarla con denim y mi cazadora de piel favorita, una combinación perfecta, si me preguntáis. Y para completar el look y hacerlo más rockero, he añadido mis botas Balenciaga y un sombrero.

Creo que lo más me gusta de la bufanda es que tiene dos lados completamente distintos que se pueden usar de distintas formas. Si no me apetece usar mucho color, simplemente uso el lado estampado en blanco y negro.

Por cierto, Feliz Año Nuevo! Os deseo todo lo mejor del mundo en sus vidas para este nuevo año :)

Today I am keeping things simple, because I treated myself a couple of weeks ago with the most beautiful sweater that was ever made, which has been sported by the likes of Elin Kling. It is  a statement piece alone, so it doesn't need much. How amazing is the structure of this Hope sweater? I seriously can't get over it.

Heute ist mein Outfit relativ simpel, da ich mir diesen Traum-Pulli gekauft habe und er braucht nicht viel um toll auszusehen. Er ist ein Statement-Piece, das von Prominenten wie Elin Kling getragen wurde. Wie toll ist die Struktur dieses Pullis, bitte? Ich kann einfach nicht genug von ihm haben.

Hoy os muestro un outfit relativamente sencillo, ya que me he comprado hace unas semanas el jersey de punto más hermoso que jamás haya visto, visto en gigantes como Elin Kling. No necesita combinarse con mucho, ya que él habla por sí solo. La estructura de este jersey es simplemente increíble y ni hablar de lo calientito que es.

Let's talk about black. First off, I loved wearing black from head to toe since I was a teenager (was never a goth or anything like that, though), not because it makes you look slimmer(or perhaps yes), but because it makes you look instantly elegant and effortlessly chic. I think the key to make total black looks never look boring is mixing different textures and silhouettes. 

I have never really been a fan of colours and as most of you who follow my blog for a longer time know that I keep my looks always monochromatic with neutral shades. 

As I always say, black is not simply a colour, it is an attitude, and if you know how to wear it, you can make a statement with it. So yeah, black doesn't have to be boring. x

Lasst uns von der Farbe Schwarz reden. Erstens habe ich mich in schwarz bekleidet seitdem ich ein Teenager war (obwohl ich nie ein Goth oder sowas war), nicht weil  man dünner erscheint, wenn man schwarz trägt (oder vielleicht doch), sondern weil wenn man in dieser Farbe sofort elegant aussieht. Ich glaube, dass der Trick ist, wenn man von Kopf bis Fuß Schwarz trägt und nicht langweilig aussehen möchte, dass man einfach verschieden Texturen, Materialen und Formen einmischen muss.

Ich war nie ein Fan von Farben, und wie die meisten von euch, die meinem Blog für eine längere Zeit folgen, wissen,  trage ich meistens nur Schwarz, Weiß und neutrale Farben. 

Wie ich immer gesagt habe: Schwarz ist nicht nur einfach eine Farbe, es ist eine Einstellung und wenn man sie zu tragen weiß, kann man damit ein Statement machen. Schwarz muss  nicht langweilig sein.

Hablemos del color negro. Primero que nada, desde que era adolescente me vestía mucho de negro (sin ser goth o algo por estilo). Me encantaba no porque el negro hace aparecer la figura más delgada (o quizás), pero porque si uno se viste de negro se ve instantáneamente más elegante.

Cuando uno se viste completamente de negro, creo que el truco es mezclar texturas, materiales y siluetas para no verse aburrido.

Nunca fui fanática de los colores y como muchas de vosotras que seguís mi blog sabéis, siempre llevo más que todo blanco, o negro o colores neutrales.

Como siempre he dicho: el negro no es sólo un color, pero es una actitud y cuando uno sabe cómo llevarlo puedes expresar mucho. El negro no tiene que necesariamente ser aburrido.

It was as if the gods of metallic details conspired this once so that three different items on my outfit match and coincide: my shoes, my bag, and my belt. But it is merely coincidental.
Let's talk about the  bag  dreams are made of, and God only knows I've been wanting it since the first day I laid my eyes on it. If you ask me, investing on a timeless designer bag at least once in a lifetime is a must for every woman or at least it is better than buying a thousand bags of inferior quality and trendy designs. I simply love the timelessness, the  minimalist vibes, and metallic details on this one and I prefer it a million times to any Chanel quilted bag(too flashy for my taste, excepting the non-quilted Boy bag) even if what I am saying is a sacrilege for many
Today's outfit is very casual and appears even a bit careless, but that was the intention, since the booties scream grunge and pairing it with a plaid shirt was simply a no-brainer. Hope you like it. x

Heute ist es reiner Zufall, dass 3 metallische Details in meinem Look zueinander passen: Die Schnallen meiner Balenciaga Booties, mein Gürtel, und meine Tasche.
Aber lasst uns von meiner neuen Tasche reden. Ist sie nicht die Tasche, von der fast jede Frau träumt? Seit dem ersten Tag, an dem ich sie sah, wollte ich sie unbedingt. Ich bin der Meinung, dass jede Frau zumindest einmal im Leben in eine Designer-Tasche investieren sollte. Mehr Taschen braucht man nicht. Ich liebe das minimalistische Design und die metallischen Details. Ich glaube ich bevorzuge diese Tasche irgendeiner gesteppten Tasche von Chanel tausendmal, auch wenn diese Aussage für viele Frauen wahrscheinlich ein Sakrileg ist. 
Das heutige Outfit ist lässig und und scheint sogar ein bisschen nachlässig und umbekümmert zu sein, aber das war die Absicht, da die Balenciaga Booties "Grunge" schreien. Ich hoffe, es gefällt euch.

Es como si los dioses de los detalles metálicos conspiraron para que 3 detalles de mi look coincidieran: las botas, el bolso, y el cinturón.
Pero hablemos primero de mi nuevo bolso. No es éste un bolso de ensueno? Me enamoré de él desde el primer momento en que lo ví. Si me preguntáis, pienso que toda mujer debe investir en un bolso de disenador al menos una vez en la vida. Preferible a comprar miles de bolsos de calidad inferior. Simplemente adoro los detalles metálicos y la onda minimalista en este bolso y creo que lo prefiero mil veces a  cualquier bolso Chanel, porque los encuentro demasiado recargados en detalles, aun si lo que digo es un sacrilegio para muchos.
El outfit de hoy es muy casual y parece hasta descuidado, pero es la intención, ya que las botas Balenciaga gritan "grunge", así que era casi obvio combinarlas con una camisa de cuadros. Espero os guste!

Apparently spring has finally sprung in Europe, huh? One month too late, but at least it is here, or at least that is all we can hope for.

I took these outfit pictures while it was still chilly so excuse me being overdressed. At the start of fall I am wearing too little and at the start of spring, too much, happens to us all I guess.

 Have I told you that I am addicted to combining aviator sunglasses with beanies? They seem like made for each other and it adds that easy cool factor to any outfit. I was also looking for the perfect beanie and found it at Topshop. I wanted it with a rolled seam and I got it. 

Temperatures will rise up to 25°C tomorrow according to the weather forecast. Can't wait to show you more spring outfits with my bare legs and sandals! I also cannot wait to grab my bike once again, go to a nearby little lake and start with my summer reading. x

Aparentemente la primavera ya ha llegado a Europa. Un mes demasiado tarde pero al menos está aquí, o al menos es lo que la mayoría esperamos. 

Tomamos estas fotos cuando todavía estaba más frio así que disculpar que tengo puesto demasiado. Al principio de otono no me abrigo suficiente y al principio de primavera me cubro demasiado, supongo nos pasa a todas. 

Os he dicho que tengo una adicción a combinar gafas de sol estilo aviador con gorros? Parecen como hechos del uno para el otro. Estaba buscando el gorro perfecto de lana y lo encontré en Topshop. Lo quería con la orilla enrollada y sin pensarlo dos veces me compré éste.

Las temperaturas van a subir hasta 25°C manana de acuerdo a los pronósticos del tiempo aquí en Alemania. Por eso no puedo esperar a mostraros más outfits primaverales con las piernas al descubierto y en sandalias. Tampoco puedo esperar más a agarrar mi bicicleta de nuevo e irme a aventurar a un lago pequeno cerca de aquí y comenzar con mi lectura de verano.

Wahrscheinlich ist der Frühling endlich nach Deutschland gekommen. Einen Monat zu spät, aber Hauptsache er ist da. Oder zumindest ist das, was die meisten von uns hoffen. 

Wir haben diese Photos letze Woche gemacht, als es noch kälter war, deswegen müsst ihr entschuldigen, dass ich zu viel trage. Anfang Herbst trage ich zu wenig, Anfang Frühling trage ich viel zu viel, aber das passiert uns allen, oder? 

Habe ich euch davon erzählt, dass ich süchtig nach der Kombination von Beanie und Aviator-Sonnenbrille bin? Es ist als ob sie füreinander gemacht wären. Ich habe ohne Ende nach dem perfekten Beanie mit gerolltem Saum gesucht, aber leider keins gefunden, bis ich über dieses von Topshop gestolpert bin.

Die Temperaturen werden morgen bis zu 25°C steigern, oder zumindest gemäß der Wetterprognose. Deswegen kann ich kaum darauf warten,  euch neue Frühlings-Outfits mit nackten Beinen und Sandalen zu zeigen. Ich kann auch kaum darauf warten, bis ich wieder mit meinem Fahrrad an den nahe gelegenen See fahren kann, um meine Sommer-Lektüre zu lesen.
