I guess the majority of you think I've never had any problems with my weight. However, it wasn't exactly like that. As a young girl I used to be really slim and thought it was the matter of fast metabolism. That's why I wasn't concerned about how much I ate. Three years ago I met my fiancé and we went on our first holidays together. We had a lovely, romantic dinner every evening and I ate as much as I wanted to. It was one of the most beautiful periods in my life. Then I came back home and realised I was unable to put my tight trousers on. I was petrified to reveal I had put 10 kg on weight.I though eating the kind of diet I had had before our trip would be an efficient solution. Unfortunately, every time I lost weight, I put a few kilos on and so on. Vicious circle. I started to look for some efficient diets and another methods to keep slim. And then I met a dietician. After a few meetings with her, we managed to create a balanced diet for me. It was perfect for me as I didn't feel any discomfort in my stomach. Not only did I become slimmer but also started to eat a healthy diet. I observed a huge differences in the quality of my skin, hair and nails and this kind of diet is a daily bread for me now. 


Zapewne większość z Was uważa, że nigdy nie miałam problemu z nadmiarem kilogramów. Nie do końca zawsze tak było. W młodości zawsze byłam szczupła i uważałam, że to zasługa dobrej przemiany materii, dlatego nigdy nie zastanawiałam się ile jem. Trzy lata temu, gdy poznałam mojego narzeczonego, wyjechaliśmy na pierwsze wspólne wakacje. Co wieczór chodziliśmy na cudowne romantyczne kolacje, na których jak zwykle nie odmawiałam sobie niczego. To był jeden z piękniejszych momentów w moim życiu. Po powrocie z wakacji okazało się, że nie mieszczę się w obcisłe spodnie i po wejściu na wagę z przerażeniem stwierdziłam, że przybyło mi 10 kg. Pomyślałam, że zacznę jeść tak jak przed wyjazdem i szybko się ich pozbędę, ale niestety co zrzucałam kilka kilo, to za chwilę tyle samo przybierałam. Zaczęłam szukać skutecznych diet i metod na utrzymanie oczekiwanej sylwetki. Wtedy trafiłam na dietetyka. Po kilku wizytach pomogła mi stworzyć dietę dopasowaną do moich potrzeb, ale w taki sposób abym nie odczuwała dyskomfortu stosowania jej. Dzięki niej nie tylko zrzuciłam kilka zbędnych kilogramów ale również zaczęłam się zdrowo odżywiać. Zauważyłam ogromną różnicę w jakości mojej cery, włosów i paznokci, a taki sposób odżywiania stał się dla mnie normalny.
