I'm a food lover.
Sugar addict.
Obsessed with Instagram.
Love the photography.
So when I hear words like patisserie and boulangerie my heart goes crazy. I can immediately imagine all the pastries and feel the smell from fresh baked breads. The second thought is always - does this scenery match to my photo greed on the Instagram? Yes, I know. It's not normal. I can't help myself. And I don't wanna.
But you can help me and here are some tips:
- hire a professional to make you a great bakery logo
-  in front of your place put some flowers, cute old bicycle, bench or something which can look great on the photo ;)
- fulfill the shelves, set the handwritten menu on the wall, some inspiring quote
- write a cute product tags
- and create some great packages!
After you do that, call me, I would love to try something and snap a photo of course! ;)

Breakfast

My favorite way to start a day is to prepare breakfast and enjoy in all yummy things.
So today, I wanted to share one super easy recipe!
All you need is:
3 eggs,
2 dl of yoghurt,
1 dl of oil,
1 baking powder,
1 tea spoon of salt,
110 gr of flour,
110 gr of corn flour,
100 gr of ham/ prosciutto,
100 gr of cheese 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and bake it in a silicone mold until they get this crispy yellow crust.

 Svaki put kada "oživim" ovu rubriku  osetim se kao Britni na povratničkoj turneji. Novi projekat za nju, "novi" recept za mene. Pa da počnemo! ;)
 Potrebni sastojci:
 3 jaja,
 2 dl jogurta,
 1 dl ulja,
 1 prašak za pecivo,
 1 kašičica soli,
 110 gr brašna,
 110 gr projinog brašna,
 100 gr šunke / pršute,
 100 gr kačkavalja / sira

Umutite sve sastojke i pecite u silikonskoj modli dok ne porumeni ( ukoliko koristite običan pleh, obavezno ga prethodno podmažite). U našoj kući ih zovemo slani mafini, a vi možete koristiti koji god naziv želite sve dok su ovako jednostavni za pripremu i ukusni!;)

Where to start? :)
Enjoy in the photos from this weekend that I made and read the story bellow. :)

Well, last three weeks were more than crazy and I have pretty good excuse for not updating this little place.
My mom broke her arm at work and two days after that, my boyfriend broke his Achilles tendon during the basketball game. Two bad things at once. Luckily, they are feeling good now but their recovery will be long. So, during this period I've became some sort of nurse/cleaning lady and master chef, three in one. :) Just for the record, not complaining!
Besides this, good thing happened too, I was in Stockholm for several days with my dear friend Jelena (you know her from our trip to Paris and other hangs out) and can't wait to show you all the photos. This time, we made some sort of outfit post on our trip. :) And if you are impatient, you can check some photos on our Instagram profiles @vanjaam and @jelenakarakas.
And I almost forgot, last Friday I celebrated my 28th birthday! Big girl!
Now, are you forgiving me? :)

Wendy's #6SecondsFlat

H works out in Chandler, which is about 35 minutes away from where I work. But sometimes I like to drive out and meet him for lunch, because if you couldn't tell, I'm kind of obsessed with him. Anyway, today we went to Wendy's for lunch and tried out their new Asiago Flatbread sandwich and OH MY GOSH I am obsessed. I'm not much of a fast food lover [besides Taco Bell and Del Taco] but sometimes my busy schedule just doesn't permit time to prepare a nice healthy meal, and I find myself grabbing something on the go. Wendy's seriously blew my mind with this new sandwich, and plus, the Smoky Honey Mustard has only 370 calories! [I've already gotten it twice this week, and I definitely see a 3rd visit in my near future! :]

Don't you just love Sundays? Fresh fruit and flowers from the market, delicious croissant and of course something to read! I woke up early as usually, had great start with this yummy breakfast and with that energy I started making some pastries with my mom. The results will be soon on the blog, which means Recipes are just around the corner! :)

Lately we are having some silly habit to gather, visit some restaurant and have brunch! Last weekend i was with my parents out of country for a one day, so i missed it, but yesterday i managed to arrived on time! Some of my blogger girls and I were at Bizu sushi restaurant! Even im not a fan of this world wide famous Japanese dish, i was there to capture every single detail! But i enjoyed in delicious cakes! ;) The girls were delightful about the taste of sushi and i trust them! :)
