Well today is Thursday and you know what that means! Outfit Post Thursday!
This week's outfit is one of my favorite types of outfits to wear. H, on the other hand, told me that it wasn't one of his favorite outfits. [But that's because he loves it when I wear tight clothes. ;] And normally I love dressing up, wearing too tight skirts and pants, or wearing sky high heels that give me bruises and blisters. But every once in a while I like to dress it down by wearing some comfortable leggings, a loose chambray, and some comfy booties. [Which by the way--most comfortable booties I have ever owned! And they have a heel too, which dresses up your outfit a little bit!] So this outfit definitely won me over. It's comfortable, casual, and cute.
When I bought this top, I considered getting it in a smaller size, but lets be honest: I live for loose shirts. Like I said earlier, I love wearing tight skirts and pants, but I absolutely despise wearing tight shirts. It's just not my thing and I don't feel comfortable in them. [So I guess I understand why H doesn't love this outfit. It doesn't "show off my curves" like he likes.] But since I've been sick for the past week and a half [UGH] I don't feel bad about this outfit at all! And for those of you who have seen me lately, it's definitely a step up from what I've been wearing this week! Haha
Oh! And let's not forget the location of these pictures! Yes, we finally took pictures somewhere besides the wall outside of my apartment! Yay! It is actually harder to do than it seems though, because most of the fashion bloggers take pictures days or weeks in advance. But I have actually been taking them the day that I post them, so H and I have to get up early and then drive around until we find a good spot. And we always have to worry about getting to work on time too. So far it's been working for us, but if it causes more problems maybe we'll start doing what the other bloggers do!
